• Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing direction, training, and support to ensure daily targets are met.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and sealing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets, ensuring all items are accurate and correctly prepared.
• Palletize completed orders to prepare them for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Provide regular performance feedback to team members, conduct performance reviews, and support career development and growth.
• Work closely with market leadership to achieve key performance results, such as order accuracy and shipping timelines.
• Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for the team. Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or pick/pack operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Experience in operating a pallet jack preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
