Senior Network Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Network Consultant to join
their team, focusing on advanced networking solutions and
cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise
in Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, ClearPass, and DataOn with Azure Stack
HCI, playing a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing
network solutions to enhance clients security posture, ensure high
availability, and support scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
Network Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of
network solutions using Fortinet, Juniper, and Aruba technologies
to meet clients' specific needs.
Deployment & Configuration: Deploy and configure Fortinet
firewalls, Juniper routers and switches, and Aruba networking
solutions to ensure secure, efficient operation.
Network Security & Access Control: Utilize Fortinet and Aruba
ClearPass for network access control and secure connectivity,
implementing identity management and secure protocols.
Hybrid Cloud Integration: Integrate DataOn solutions with Azure
Stack HCI to bridge on-premises and cloud resources for a seamless
hybrid environment.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their
business needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver customized
network solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in network engineering or consulting
roles.
Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls
and security services.
Proficiency with Juniper routers, switches, and network design.
Skilled in Aruba networking solutions, including ClearPass and
wireless solutions.
Familiarity with DataOn solutions in an Azure Stack HCI
environment, integrating on-premises and Azure cloud
infrastructure.
Network Protocols: Strong knowledge of network protocols such as
TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
Network Access Control (NAC) & Identity Management: Experience
implementing network access control and identity management,
especially with Aruba ClearPass.
Additional Requirements:
Travel: Local to GA or TX with occasional on-site travel required
for maintenance tasks.
