Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Loan Processor to
provide exceptional customer service and file quality in the loan
processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain and verify necessary documentation for underwriting the loan
file
Perform thorough reviews of borrower's credit, income, and assets
before submission to underwriting
Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure all required
documentation is complete and accurate
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with
valid experience considered
3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with renovation and/or new construction lending
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Experience with automated Loan Origination Systems, specifically
Encompass LOS
