Job Description:
A company is looking for a Forecasting and Optimization
Specialist, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic forecast and capacity planning
models for workforce planning and budgeting
Collaborate with various departments to create cost-effective staff
plans aligned with business objectives
Conduct root cause and scenario analysis to assist in strategic and
tactical planning initiatives
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience developing complex analytical models in
Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
2+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning and
statistical modeling
2+ years of experience in SQL with the ability to construct complex
queries
2+ years of experience in Tableau or Power BI
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
