Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Representative

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
within the Quality Assurance Department
Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure accurate onboarding of
merchant customers across all systems
Regularly audit merchant accounts for accuracy and PCI compliance,
and advise on policy enhancements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
2-5 years of experience in payment processing
In-depth working knowledge of TSYS and/or PPM, Fiserv
Knowledge of merchant pricing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field is a
plus
