Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary hands-on resource for ensuring seamless
integration, configuration, and optimization of the platform
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to the platform,
ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements
and translate them into effective system solutions
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with platform implementation,
configuration, and support
Strong understanding of supply chain management and warehouse
operations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
