Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Specialist to enhance
customer relationships and manage loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Accept and process consumer loan applications, ensuring compliance
with policies and regulations
Conduct loan pre-qualification interviews and maintain follow-up
with loan prospects
Originate consumer loans and cross-sell additional banking products
and services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience required
Less than 2 years of experience in residential loan origination,
consumer lending, or processing
Ability to comply with regulatory requirements such as ECOA and
RESPA
Experience in maintaining communication with customers and bank
partners
Must pass a credit check as per regulatory requirements
