Job Description:
A company is looking for an SBA Loan Officer (Remote - FL).
Key Responsibilities
Pre-screen applicants for loan eligibility and conduct credit
analysis
Facilitate loan processing through application, underwriting, and
closing while ensuring compliance with regulations
Develop relationships to generate loan leads and enhance client
retention through sales and service activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in the Financial
Industry including SBA lending, or
High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the
Financial Industry including SBA lending
Thorough knowledge of SBA guidelines and processes
Experience with SBA financial programs for small businesses
Strong knowledge of SBA SOPs, program eligibility, credit criteria,
and loan structure requirements
