Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist to
support clients globally within a Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS)
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the second line of support and escalation point for client
issues
Investigate problems, identify solutions, and document findings
Implement automation improvements to reduce repetitive issues and
prevent future occurrences
Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or
similar environment
Proficient in SQL Server, firewalls, virtualization, RMM tools,
Office 365, and Azure
Experience with a variety of third-party applications and
services
Ability to explain technical terms in a non-technical manner
Strong understanding of Great Customer Experience
