Job Description:
A company is looking for a Parent Coach (M.Ed, MSW, or PhD).
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual care and support to members through video consults
and asynchronous messaging
Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management
system
Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs and
ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Hold a Master's degree (M.Ed, LCSW, MSW) or PhD
Must reside in the United States
Have 3+ years of experience in the tele-health space
Must own an iOS device and have access to a reliable laptop and
internet
Must be passionate about women's and family health
