Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Servicing Appraisal QC
to support the appraisal quality control process.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and complete appraisal orders for quality control
review
Collaborate with various departments and vendors to resolve quality
control issues
Identify process improvement opportunities and manage special
projects as assigned
Required Qualifications and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
Experience with Sagent/Tempo preferred
At least one year of experience creating reports using Power BI
preferred
