Siemens Mobility, Rolling Stock Division is the North American
market leader in the production of passenger coaches, locomotives,
and light rail vehicles. Our Rail Components business in
Alpharetta, GA focuses on the Traction Drives, Motors, and
Gearboxes that make up part of our trains. We're experiencing
growth in our workforce and are looking for a Technical Trainer to
establish training plans for our manufacturing population.
Position Overview:
As a Technical Trainer, you have a passion for teaching and the
ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and
engagingly. You will be responsible for designing and delivering
training programs to enhance the technical skills of new production
employees in the essential skills necessary for rail components -
OSHA, Safety, and Technical Knowledge (technical drawings,
sub-components, bearings, capacitors, etc.). You will also develop
the systems for tracking and delivering the training content.

This job is based in Alpharetta, GA. We offer a variety of health

salary range for this position in Alpharetta, GA, is $73,200 -
$86,200. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget
and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and
qualifications.
