Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Consultant to source,
interview, and fill contract positions in the healthcare staffing
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician
network
Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and
match them with suitable travel assignments
Negotiate compensation packages and present candidate information
to Account Managers for client openings
Qualifications
Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience or High School
Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
Sales or recruiting experience is preferred
