Development is responsible for creating a strategy for new
opportunities within our current customer base and leads across the
globe to sell the company's products. This role is also responsible
for the direction and supervision of the Customer Development
Representatives & GES (Training) Account executives Globally. This
role acts as the face of the company and helps nurture business
relationships and develop high-potential prospects.The Manager of
Customer Development is a champion for prospecting, lead generation
and qualification, relationship building and RFP/RFI/proposal
development efforts. You will be active on social media and other
channels and be active in various industry-specific groups.PRIMARY
