DescriptionManager, Customer DevelopmentLocation: Onsite, Alpharetta, GA Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $80,000.00 - (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experienceBenefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401KSUMMARYThe Manager of Customer Development is responsible for creating a strategy for new opportunities within our current customer base and leads across the globe to sell the company's products. This role is also responsible for the direction and supervision of the Customer Development Representatives & GES (Training) Account executives Globally. This role acts as the face of the company and helps nurture business relationships and develop high-potential prospects.The Manager of Customer Development is a champion for prospecting, lead generation and qualification, relationship building and RFP/RFI/proposal development efforts. You will be active on social media and other channels and be active in various industry-specific groups.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Global customer development representatives and GES (Training) account executives through targeted motivation and mentoring.
• Prospecting and building organic pipeline within designated targets.
• Nurturing relationships with targeted prospects withing our customer base via various communications channels -including social media and email - as part of the agency marketing plan.
• Leading prospect follow-up, arranging calls/meetings with prospects and managing multiple business development engagements.
• Researching, analyzing and monitoring market, competitive and target industry factors to capitalize on customer development opportunities.
• Utilizing agency thought leadership and case studies to build connections with prospects.
• Achieve assigned appointment and revenue targets.
• Provide support for local marketing events.
• Participate in strategic development of territory and accounts.
• Position OneStream: Articulately and effectively convey the OneStream value proposition via written, virtual and in-person presentations, by leveraging custom business cases, marketing assets and customer success stories.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base by understanding their evolving needs and challenges and OneStream's value proposition.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Introduce additional products or services that meet the evolving needs of our customers, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strategic partner in establishing pipeline generations strategy / go-to market strategy with Sales, Marketing, GES, Customer Success as well as potentially other departments.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Three to five years of successful business experience managing a team.
  • Sales experience helpful, but not necessary.
  • Financial or Accounting background helpful.
  • Leadership skills and/or experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
