A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients post-sale to implement
solutions effectively
Manage the onboarding experience and ensure all key milestones are
met
Leverage analytics to improve product adoption and enhance overall
customer success
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a customer-facing
role
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience using multiple tools and platforms for customer
interactions
Experience in software implementations related to fleet telematics
or management preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
