If you're someone who values creativity, enjoys music and the arts, and can organize engaging activities, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll receive support from our Activities Assistant.Responsibilities:

• Implement the activities program.
• Create a recurring and exciting activities schedule.
• Lead one-on-one activities for bed-bound residents.
• Assist residents with distributing and engaging in craft activities.
• Complete necessary forms, reports, and progress notes accurately.
• Identify and address residents' spiritual, social, recreational, and emotional needs through routine interactions.Requirements:To succeed as an Activities Director, you:

• MUST BE A STATE APPROVED ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR, meaning you completed the 36-hour training course and received certification.
• A warm and caring personality.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience working with the elderly population.
