Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, COBRA
to manage the setup and onboarding of clients within key
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation process, designing project plans and
coordinating across departments
Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and
partners, addressing their needs and concerns
Serve as a resource for the implementation team, providing training
and guidance on best practices
Required Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated success in a COBRA Implementation Manager role
Must pass a successful background investigation
Two years of experience in a similar role preferred
Customer service experience typically acquired in 2+ years
