Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Solutions to
manage and execute key HR programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the people analytics team to deliver insights supporting
talent priorities
Manage key talent programs ensuring alignment with organizational
goals
Oversee talent technology systems to meet current and future
development needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
6-8 years of experience in talent management or HR, with 3 years in
leadership roles
Experience leading strategic HR programs in medium-large companies
or consultancies
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of
programs/projects
Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
