Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Manager for the
Digital & Media Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a retail expert to turn data into insights and strategic
recommendations
Develop customer-facing data-driven stories and oversee customer
analytics and reporting
Ensure consistency and quality in deliverables across individual
customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in retail, CPG, or marketing/advertising
technology
Proficiency in Excel, including functions like V Lookups and Pivot
tables
Strong experience with process analysis and optimization
Knowledge of digital media, e-commerce software, and data analytics
is a plus
