A company is looking for a Practice Management Implementation
Specialist to support software implementation and customer training
in the ABA industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver online training and assist with implementation planning for
new customers
Provide ongoing customer support and collaborate with internal
teams to address customer needs
Create product training guides and support resources for users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within the ABA
industry preferred
Experience in training or professional development on practice
management processes
Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office
Exceptional presentation skills for various virtual settings
