Job Description:
Dining Services Manager Job SummaryManage a team of food service
professionals and oversee dining services operations in a seated
dining room setting, including quality improvement, sanitation, and
infection control.Responsibilities:
- Oversee dining services operations of a small to medium volume
location.
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly
and service oriented manner.
- Assist with profit and loss and budgeting.
- Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and
provide top quality food.
- Assist in the responsibility for all food service-related
activities.
- Communicate with the culinary department to ensure food
programs reflect the company's vision.Requirements:
- 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education,
military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
- Waited table and catering experience is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
products.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.Benefits:
